The 2023 FE&S Dealer of the Year brought together Singer customers and vendor partners, as well as hundreds of members of Singer's sales, marketing, purchasing, and leadership team, for two days of new product trainings, demonstrations, networking opportunities, and engaging industry panels at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA. 

This year’s James Beard Foundation Outstanding Restaurateur, Ellen Yin, keynoted the conference. In dialog with Fred Singer, President and CEO of Singer Equipment Company, the two discussed Ms. Yin’s incredible career, how she got there, and how the leader of the Philadelphia restaurant scene continues to blaze new trails after over 25 years of Fork and High Street Hospitality Group.
