We are Primarily a Business to Business Operation.
We are primarily a business to business service provider.  While we use reasonable efforts to protect the information you provide to us, as discussed further below, we cannot guaranty your privacy.  Accordingly, we ask that you not share with us any unnecessary personal information, and instead limit the information you share with us only to your business contact information (meaning your business email address, your business phone number, and other business points of contact.)

Consumers:  We collect limited information from you to respond to your inquiries or to fulfill your orders.  This information may include your name, your email address, your shipping address, your phone number, payment information.  If you use our chat function, we will store your name, your IP address, the region from which you are contacting us and the inquiry you pose.

Credit Applications: If your company asks us to extend to it credit, we may collect information about the company, its principals, and its financial information.  While this information may not include personal information, it does include confidential business information.  We restrict access to this information only to persons in our organization responsible for evaluating your company’s application.  We may also contact your financial institutions to confirm the information you have provided to us in your credit application.  We do not otherwise share this information with third parties.
